Delivery & Returns
- We use Australia Post for everything except dangerous goods.
- Delivery is only within Australia.
- Metro delivery is $9 and Regional delivery $15.
- Purchases will be delivered within a 5-15 day window.
- Australia Post will send customers a confirmation text when the item(s) are on the way, directly to the mobile number provided.
- If customers have any issues with their delivery timeframe or the delivery has not arrived within 15 days, please contact AWS on 1800 853 170 or [email protected].
- Standard Delivery doesn't include heavy & over-sized items, we will be in contact if your product falls into this category.
- Australia Post cannot post or ship dangerous goods. These items will be sent through Toll for an additional $40*, Dangerous Good Fee.
- If a customer needs to swap or return an item they can post them back within 7 days from date of order to; Australian Workplace Supplies - Unit 15/39 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486 or PO Box 695, Banora Point NSW 2486.
- Please notify AWS on the above phone or by email to inform them that the return is on its way and the reason why. AWS can exchange a size or style for customers.
- Unless otherwise agreed, returns must be approved by AWS first. These authorised returns must be freight prepaid and will only be accepted if they are in a saleable condition. AWS reserves the right to charge a handling fee for goods returned under this provision.
- Products specifically purchased, manufactured, machined or cut-to-size or to the Buyer’s specification are not returnable.
