Deliveries will be sent via regular E-parcel with Australia Post. Australia Post also offers an express service option, please call 1800 853 170 to discuss this option with our customer service team.
Each package is delivered to the address listed on the account. Please note a staff member will be required to sign.
Authority to Leave: Packages will be left at the address as advised by client. Please note once left it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the area is a secure location. Once left by the driver we do not accept responsibility for missing parcels.
Delivery to Post Office: Package will be left at the nearest or advised Post Office. A card will be left in box to notify of pick-up and signature is a required to receive the parcel. Important to note the post office will only hold the parcel for 10 days, it will then be sent back. Resends will be billed accordingly.
Held at Post office: Package will be taken to nearest post office due to delivery location un-manned. A card will be left in P O box to notify of pick-up, a signature is required to receive parcel. Important to note the post office will only hold parcel for 10 days, it will then be returned. Resends will be billed accordingly.
*Free Shipping does not apply to Dangerous Goods such as Fire Extinguishers. You will be contacted to arrange payment of delivery of these items based on your location. This is a variable cost of $40*.
